  5. presidential nominee, Massachusetts Governor Michael Dukakis;
  6. to the U.S. Holocaust Memorial Council; by President Bush; in
  7. Washington. Mrs. Dukakis had been a member of the council from
  8. 1980 until 1987, when President Reagan declined to reappoint
  9. her. The council is raising funds to build a museum
  10. commemorating the victims of Nazi genocide.
